There is this error that shows up in my logs.

xxxx is the code where the exception is thrown. This line varies, but the
rest is the same. Coz of this error, the work flow is disrupted.
What is the cause of this exception being thrown? I tried searching for a
fix, but cannot find one.
Any help would be much appreciated.
