Ok, just ideas:
a) ROLE must be Uppercase always in the DB and the config. Like:
roles="ROLE_USER, ROLE_TA"
b) Play with the spaces roles="ROLE_A,ROLE_B" or "ROLE_A, ROLE_B"
c) mvn clean
