Ah ha!  After paying more attention to this:
http://static.appfuse.org/movies/2.0/helloworld.mov

I noticed an extra step.
rm -r src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/lib/

That seems to have fixed my errors.  I can't wait to get started with all
this :)

It might be a good idea to add that to the eclipse integration page?
