I solved copying from appfuse.tld the url
http://www.appfuse.org/tags/spring and pasting it in the taglibs.jsp
file, replacing the previous version.
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeird!

Besides of that, the application (JPA+SrpingMVC) compiles and runs
smoothly with this configuration.
