thanks for ur mail..below i mentioned what i changed the local repository..
In system variables:
M2_HOME: C:\Documents and Settings\XPPRESP3\.m2\repository
MAVEN_HOME:E:\Manju\maven-2.0.9
Is there anything to change further,...
please send me details where i have to change ..if i made mistake

If you did change your localRepository to something without spaces (as
it states in the QuickStart), it would be helpful if you could copy +
paste what you set it to in your email.
