First of all, just because this issue is urgent for you doesn't mean
it's urgent for anyone else. We're all volunteers here and when you
put "urgent" in the subject or body of your message, it makes it less
likely that people will answer your question.
I don't know what the problem could be, but it might be a permissions
issue. Hopefully other folks that are using Oracle can help you out.
