Oh, yeah! Sorry, Matt. I really get confused! :o My Eclipse was set to
use system Proxy Configuration. but my "DOS" console wasN'T. And I mixed up
the things, sorry.
You know, I'm trying to creante my AppFuse off line and I downloaded Maven
Dependencies.
Matt, so I tried to add in maven command line:

-DproxySet=true -DproxyHost=<"*my"* proxy *IP*>

-DproxyPort=<"*my" *proxy port>
..and even adding -U to the command, I just get the same result.
Coul u confim if there was any kind of change (protocol) in the repositories
in last 2 weeks??!
(I have seen in Foruns pepleo telling that "till lask week could get the
file from repositories...")

Anyway I yet curious to know why my m2eclipse didn't work on properly. If
the problem any dependencies missing | or Nexus index bug/maven Repository
down | or the protocol is/turn to FTP.

Well, I'm trying to repeat the command a few times, but unfortunetelly
unsucessfully. :-(((
  Thnk for any advice,
P.S.: I didn't dicover yet how to creat AppFuse off line,
