I tested it , it doesn't work for me without proxy settings . I am using
tortoise SVN client and when I set proxy it dl'd successfully.

I read before about appfuse:fullsource plugin documentation in
http://static.appfuse.org/plugins/appfuse-maven-plugin/full-source-mojo.html
when I am using appfuse:full-source , your plugin try to get this files via
ant get task command , and i have no build.xml file to adjusting proxy stuff
there.

I examine many solutions setting ANT_ARGS in environmant vars , changing
proxy setting in maven conf/settings.xml , but problem is exist after all.
downloading source code is not sufficinet coz i wanna change package names
too, so i need to run appfuse:fullsource.
