ok somehow on my win xp machine when running jetty it lockes the css files.
so the will not be put in the war file and did not exceted.
so the did not exists

Hi list,
my app works fine local on my machine but deployed to tomcat on demo
server the css files are not loaded.
when accessing them directly i get the oops page with
Oeps!
The Struts dispatcher cannot be found. This is usually caused by using
Struts tags without the associated filter. Struts tags are only usable
when the request has passed through its servlet filter, which
initializes the Struts dispatcher needed for this tag. - [unknown
location]
the url seems to be fine... any hints?
