Hi folks, I added a tiny statement to the "Exposing your manager as a web service" tutorial to tell people to add the declaration to their cxf-servlet.xml file so CXF knows to build the endpoint. Matt, if you want this written differently, or removed, give me a yell, I couldn't get the endpoint to get built without adding this but I may be ignorant about that, if so please fill me in and I'll tweak (or remove) this documentation...
