the problem: once one of the repos configured as a proxy-connector is down, the mvn build-process slows down extremely as the connect time-out is about 1 minute (for each repo and each artifact).
How to (globally) configure the connection timeout to connect to remote repos? The repository should be blacklisted for a configured period (eg 24h) once a time-out has occured. Is it possible?
