I am trying to configure Archiva 1.1.2 on a Solaris X86 box. I have unpacked Archiva to /app/archiva, I have also created the file /app/archiva/conf/security.properties in which I am specifying some SMTP settings. These settings should enable me to be able to send email (user notification) but I am not able to do so. I looked through the logs in /app/archiva/logs (the stdouterr, require, audit ... etc) but I don't see it trying to send any mail. Is there a way for me to verify this file is being loaded propertly? Such as a way to enable more verbose logging? > Mike D
