I have Archiva 1.1.3 running under JBoss 4.2.3.GA and MySql using the
MySql connector.
After the server has been sitting a while (several hours) attempts to
access the repository, or to login to Archiva directly
generate a com.mysql.jdbc.CommuicationsException saying that the time
from last packet received by the server is longer
than the server configured wait_timeout. It advises increasing the
time-out or specifying the autoReconnect=true in the
data source file. I've done the later, but experience the same issue.
Anyone know the solution, or a pointer to properly set-up
configuration files that solves this? My searches haven't turned up
anthing.
