Um, while I'm willing to try anything to get the times down again. This
seems like an odd fix; which I'll be trying soon ;)

When downloading the same artifact with URL :

In order to correct it, I simply delete the archivagroup Group and create it
again and now it works perfectly.
Perhaps it could work for you also ?

You can switch on the debug logs too in ../WEB-INF/classes/log4j.xml
to help
better track down the cause.
