Indeed, Activity diagrams vanish (in the Package-centric explorer
perspective).
As a workaround, you can still access the diagram with the
Diagram-centric perspective.
This is absolutely worth entering an issue, as described.

This works fine for me. I tested in V0.20.
If you can indeed reproduce this behaviour, please create an issue,
ideally with steps to reproduce this problem.
