Saying "the web" isn't very specific. Can you provide a URL or a description of the complaint? > Is there anything to do to fix this, or shall I move to an other > software ? You haven't provided enough information to tell what the problem is. Xavier's suggestion to turn off auto-critiquing may help, particularly if you are working with large models. > I run ArgoUML on a pentum III with 512 Mo of RAM. Are you sure you meant Pentium III? It's been over five years since the Pentium 4 was introduced (and AMD had faster processors before that). > What is the memory space needed to be comfortable ? 512 MB is the minimum that I would consider for a system, but it really depends on the size models you are working with. ArgoUML is about 50 MB at startup, but demands can quickly increase with the size of the model. Your operating system (you don't mention which one) should provide you with a way to find out how much memory is actually being used. I know some memory leaks were fixed after the 0.20 release, so periodically restarting ArgoUML may help.
