Hi Jueren,
The diagram will show the script of the action of the message!
So, when you select the associationRole, you can create a Message.
Then, with the message selected, create an Action.
In the Action proppanel, enter the Script (first entry-field).
This text will appear on the diagram - but there is still a bu in ArgoUML,
that prevents the text to show inmediately, it will only appear after
refresh of the diagram, e.g. accomplished by switching diagrams.
Another, easier way, is to double-click the text on the diagram, and edit
there!

I played a bit with Argouml, looks great.
But I am stuck with collaboration diagrams. I could
create one, add classifier roles and association
roles. But how do you add messages? I click on the new
message item, the properties appear, but the Name
never appears in the diagram, there is always /null.
And how do you change the message order numbers?
