Hi Kris,

According the UML standard, a sequence diagram is a notation for the behaviour of something. So, you will have to indicate that "something" to be able to create a diagram.

Select a class, by clicking on it, and then create the diagram. You will see that now the downlighting is gone.

Since we have got this question many times on the users list through the years, I finally came around to implement an improvement: In the upcoming V0.22 you will be able to create diagrams without selecting its context first (you can set a context later).

Currently, ArgoUML only exports to XMI 1.2.
I do not know of any conversion possibility - but maybe somebody else does...

Regards,
Michiel

Hello there,

I would like to create a sequence diagram in Argo. Unfortunately when I choose create-> I only get the option to create class, use case and deployment diagrams. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Also, I would like to then convert the sequence diagram into XMI 2.0, is that possible using Argo?

All help is much appreciated,

Thanks,

Kris.
