Release 0.21.x are all developer releases and such are not considered stable enough to advertise to users.
Yes, bugs are fixed but just as likely bugs are introduced. We're actually at alpha stage on 0.22 so expect an announcement when we go beta. If users want to test dev releases and alpha releases then that's fine but you must understand the risks in doing so and we don't push them on the user. Bob.
