I will try to answer your questions.
Firstly, interpreting your question as a question on how to extend
ArgoUML with code generation since you use the word "plugin"...
No, there is no code generator plugin tutorial. To confuse the matter
even more, we are currently in the progress of changing from one code
generator interface to another and from one plugin mechanism to another.
This is going slowly and is very confusing. On the other hand, this is a
question for the developers' list and not the users list so I shouldn't
have answered here.
Secondly, interpreting your question as a user question...
The user manual explains how to perform code generation. The theory is
in Chapter 6, and the details in section 9.8.
You have also the option of using MDA and especially the AndroMDA tool.
I think there is an ArgoUML-based explanation on how to work AndroMDA
tool somewhere on the AndroMDA site.
