This is a reflection of a fundamental underlying difference. Argo 0.18 supports UML 1.3 and Argo 0.20 supports UML 1.4. This difference may be critical to successful integration with the tools you are using. If you're working with Plone and ArgoUML, I suspect you're using ArchGenXML, but I don't know off hand whether it supports UML 1.3 and 1.4. If it only supports UML 1.3, you'll need to stick with ArgoUML 0.18.1 (or upgrade ArchGenXML to support UML 1.4).
