Subject: [argouml-users] User Interface annoyance

Hi,

I am attempting to make use of ArgoUML for the construction of a major computer system and I have noticed an extremely annoying behaviour.

When using the Align -> Align Horizontal Centers or Align Vertical Centers I consistently select the wrong one. This I believe is due to the wording of these menu items. I’m used to aligning horizontally to bring items vertically in line and aligning vertically to bring items in line horizontally. I feel this makes the user interface hard to use for this function. Could you please try to come up with a better interface for this functionality, such as that used by Visio?

I wouldn’t find it such a problem if there were an undo button.

Otherwise, I like the software.

Regards,
