It seems that this is s defficiency in ArgoUML at the moment. Please enter an enhancement for it.
I've found this comment in the UML 1.4.2 specificiation (bottom of page 211) - "A string entry within the operation compartment maps into an Operation or a Method within the Class corresponding to the class symbol.......... If the entry has the keyword «signal», then it maps into a Reception on the Class instead." So it seems that Receptions are supposed to appear in the operations compartment with the keyword «signal» to differentiate it. Bob. On 8/8/06, Paloschi Diego E <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Hi, Is there any documentation anywhere on how to use the "New Reception" feature within a class diagram? From the "Properties" Panel in a class, I can click on "New Reception" to create a new receptor for that class but I don't know how to make it visible within the diagram window? I am working with ArgoUML 0.21.3 on Linux FC5. Cheers for your help, An Argonaut.
