Hi Frank,
It only works if you press the OK key without altering the radio buttons in
the "Dismiss ToDo Item" dialog box.
Changing the default choice for "Reason given below" causes the dismisss to
fail.
This problem is known as issue 4145, see:
http://argouml.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4145
We are looking for someone that can fix this issue...
Or vote for this issue to stress its importance.
