Sure, just create a new diagram, or diagrams, and add your model elements from the explorer pane on the left. You can either select them and choose "Add to Diagram" from the context menu (right click) or you can just drag-and-drop them onto the diagram. You only need to do this with the classes. I'm not aware of any such converter, but perhaps someone will chime in with one that I'm not aware of. Generally speaking, there is no diagram interchange between UML tools pre-UML 2.x. It's a bad situation, but apparently one that users have lived with for a long time. Hopefully it will go away as UML 2.1 and later gets widely adopted (just beginning now).
