A Realization is a binary relationship, unlike an Association which can have more than two ends. Some tools support a drawing style where all the realizations come together into a single arrowhead, effectively showing them drawn on top of each other, but this is not a drawing style that ArgoUML supports automatically. You would need to align the arrowheads by hand currently.
