Querying the bug database with that error message reveals this bug http://argouml.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4253 which I just closed as a duplicate of a bug #2237 http://argouml.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2237 that was fixed back in April 2007. The fix will be available in ArgoUML 0.26 when it is released. In the mean time, please use the downloadable version instead of the Java Web Start version. The fix is also included in developer releases starting with 0.25.2, but we don't recommend those for general use.
