Hello Matt!
We are working to solve this. In this years Google Summer of Code, we had
one student working with developing a mechanism for enabling and disabling
UML profiles. This function, and a lot of other things, is not really ready.
If you want to have a look at what we are aiming at and maybe help out with
finding and fixing problems with it, you can download the source from the
repository, compile and test it. Otherwise you will have to wait until we
have made this into a release.
