There's no reason that it shouldn't work as far as I know, but I haven't tested it myself. Please create a bug report in the issue database and attach the profile that you are attempting to use as well as describing the steps you take. The XMI reader that we use (from NetBeans MDR) can't read the default MagicDraw-generated AndroMDA profiles because they are incorrectly written, but that should give you an error as soon as you attempt to read them in. If you're using the "flattened" profile with all the pieces combined together (available from our SVN repository), it should work and it's a bug if it doesn't.
