Hello Archana!

ArgoUML does not support Python. There is a project intended for developing
a code generation and reverse engineering plugin but nobody has contributed
that. You, or anyone else, is welcome to start working with it and a big
part of the work will be to solve your other questions.

Another approach to this is to do code generation MDA-style though tools
like AndroMDA. Perhaps AndroMDA has Python support.

ArgoUML can do code generation and reverse engineering for Java.
Code generation is also possible for C++, Csharp, Ruby, and SQL.
Reverse engineering is also possible for idl and java classfiles.

Work is going on in doing reverse engineering also for C++.
