The only way to do this currently is to use one of the separate php2xmi tools.

The various languages supported by ArgoUML have different levels of
support.  Some support both reverse engineering and code generation,
while others support just code generation.  PHP is in the latter
category.

I haven't used them, so I don't know how they compare, but if you
Google php2xmi, you should find some links to get you started.  If you
have trouble importing the resulting XMI, let us know and we can take
a look at whether it's the tool or ArgoUML that needs to be adjusted.

I'm sure others would be interested in your experiences if you'd like
to report back on your results.
