Hello Isabel!
Your Tigris.org account name and password should work for downloading the
source. Also, you should be able to use the username "guest" with an empty
password.
Notice that you might have to give the username and password several times,
once per downloaded project and the psf files contains several of them. It
could look like the password is not working.
