If this dependency is OK, ant.properties.sample for merlin-bootstrap is missing.
Yep - just noticed that!
While building it, I detected that in the default.properties the local.repository is set to ../lib to copy the commons-cli-1.0.jar, but this file is not there. Currently it is located in CVS at merlin-bootstrap/lib, so I removed the preceeding ../ from the value.
I've just add a merlin-bootstrap/ant.properties.sample which should
resolve this.
So, finally, I've build a new merlin release ...
