Yes!  Cocoon has good support for the Chaperon parser
(http://chaperon.sourceforge.net/), and Cocoon includes a wiki2xml
sample.  Now that Forrest is using the latest Cocoon, we can start
integrating Wiki support.

It's XML.  'xdoc' is just a filename convention, which I believe stands
for "xml documentation".
