I don't do regular checkins because nobody is really interested about it - I think. I don't get any feedbacks from the group. Anyway, the CVS version is quite stable. Surely there are many things to be done. Software development is a never ending process.
About release, I don't know the release procedure in Apache. So I could not do it. If you guys feel that incubator is the right place, please do it. And yes, please then give me the CVS write permission for that module.
