You can use the same style license if thats what you are asking. You just have 
to;
* replace Apache with the name of your organization
* replace the product marks/names with your product name marks
* replace copyright year with your copyright years

But you can not use Apache license and credit Apache with your stuff unless it 
is formally accepted by Apache.
