I have some code (not my own) that I am trying to compile, but the code refers to
org.apache.avalon.Component and org.apache.avalon.blocks.AbstractBlock I have been downloading Avalon-related stuff for the past hour and half, hunting up and down Avalon-related jars and zips looking for these packages and classes, and I can't find a class called "Component" in the org.apache.avalon.framework package, I'm not sure if it is the same. Am I dealing with obsolete code or am I just not looking in the wrong places for the wrong jars? Am I just going crazy and missing something obvious?? Am I looking in the wrong place on the site?
