What determines the order in which blocks are started in a Phoenix SAR? It
doesn't seem like it is just the order in which they are listed in the
assembly.xml. It seems like other factors play a part...
correct. since blocks have dependency information, phoenix orders their loading so that dependencies are loaded before the dependent blocks.
