Problems with merlin site generation

Hi all,

I am trying to make a merlin site using maven's "merlin-site" goal. I 
have obtained this error stack:

xdoc:jelly-transform:
    [echo] Generating 
/usr/local/src/asf/snapshot/merlin/merlin-platform/target/docs/license.html 
from 
/usr/local/src/asf/snapshot/merlin/merlin-platform/target/generated-xdocs/license.xml

BUILD FAILED

jelly script
Total time: 17 seconds

What's a problem? I use a latest merlin cvs snapshot.
