I have not tried running 4.1 alpha as an NT service, but I'm quite happily
running 4.0.4 as a service. From the ${phoenix.home}/bin directory, I
simply execute the Java service wrapper and pass it the location of the
wrapper conf file:
wrapper -i ../conf/wrapper.conf
This probably doesn't help you much since you obviously are having some
difficulty with the 4.1 dev build.
