I've just gone over the root project.xml file and noticed that *.properties were not being explicity included in tests - but under beta-9 this is not causing a problem for some reason. Anyway I just committed the update to CVS. In principal things should work now (but I've siad that before!).
well, as luck would have it ... no luck with that test case. as i
said before, though, i do have a temp work-around (copying
jndi.properties to merlin-extensions/merlin-jmx/target/test-classes)
and i appreciate greatly the work youve done to help me getting
merlin working. as a note: i'm not confident this is an artifact of different
versions of maven, but rather a rogue jndi.properties in your classpath
somewhere ;-)
I can assure you that this is nothing in extensions or classpath to influence this - I'm running totally virgin like as far as that is concerned. The critical thing is that when I excute a buiuld under beta-9, I'm getting jndi.properties inside taget/test-classes and your not. That smalls like a Maven issue to me!
I'm think I'm going to have to roll up to beta-10 to figure this one out.
