Anytime there is anything I need to test. For example there was a recent update to the framework Version class and I did a rebuild so that I could test everything against the James application using Merlin. Its stable - very little a changed in quite a while - and its excactly what I anticipate we will be release.

PS. when I developed this stuff for Cocoon 2.0.4, I just grabbed a bunch of excalibur, framework, cornerstone stuff to get it going...
