Yep.

Using Merlin + Maven can make a pretty incredible environment. Here's what
we're looking at implementing within my group:

- clients have local install of Merlin with resources looking for SNAPSHOT
versions (latest) of blocks

- developers use Maven for development and when ready release a new SNAPSHOT
version onto the 'production' repository

- all clients download the latest versions of our applications next time
they startup.

All you need to deploy to the client is the merlin environment and the
block.xml file for your application(s). Because of the way Merlin 3.0 is
setup, you can even update Merlin itself this way. This means you need to
be careful as to what you release onto the repository, but it does make
administration of clients easier.

I've tested it a bit today, but I've had trouble. Is this in the latest
SNAPSHOT release (20030901) or CVS only? I'm somewhat limited on what I can
do today due to the firewall here.

I'll can post more results Monday.
