The problem is bug in the jar plugin that is incorrectly creating the 
extension list (liust should be space delimited - not comma delimited).  
That bug was resolved in the beta 10 distribution.  You either need to 
update the jar plugin or update maven. I can send you off-list the 
plugin jar from beta-10 (which I think is ok with beta-9) if you want.
