Hi Eric:

I would suggest we provide a consolidated summary of the Fulcrum
content. In the long-term I'm interested in a solution that
would allow
a component validation test-suite where we maintain (via gump or some
other mechansism) a component compliance report.  In the short term a
link to a fulcrum component page + plus an overview of
fulcrum content
and development direction would be the most appropriate.  I'm
about to
apply a little refactoring to the related.xml (splitting it into two
files - one for Apache and one for external projects) - I'll put in
placeholders for Fulcrum and we can figure out the best
content approach
from there.
