Is it the part "EJB stinks" or the part "you can't run EJBs inside an Avalon container" that is not quite true.
The former is "EJB Spec stinks", no matter implementation.
The latter, I don't really care, but would probably nice to know for the community.
OpenEJB can be used as an embedded EJB container in any java app. See http://openejb.sourceforge.net/embedded.html
