I'm just in discussion with some people to deliver some more powerful
examples. We will integrate them in the near future.

It's on the way. It will be included in the next 0.0.4 release. .xinfo
files will be automatically created / synchronized after every change of
the source file. There will be also some wizards to write those meta
data.
Next step will be an Wizard for block.xml. This will include browsing of
local repositories, service lookup, dependency creation etc.
