Pawel, There is a way to export powerpoint into a web oriented presentation so you can view it online without MSOffice.
Maybe that would be formatted better than pdf but would make it more accessable ? Also, if you dont mind a comment about the powerpoint info, I like the overview... it clears up some confusion however, it says in the opening slides that this presentation would enable a user to make a helloworld app. I went through the complete presentation and believe it shows a good presentation of the overall architecture of components etc, but do not think it shows enough info to make an application as you suggested. If it is possible, I think adding a real helloworld app walkthrough to the presentation would make it wonderful. For example: After the disadvantages and advantages section we could have slide 61: download maven or make sure it is installed slide 62: make sure your environment variables are set up right (and show examples) slide 63: how to download the necessesary code from CVS (the cvs command to enter from unix) slide 64: command to build the framework slide 65: test that it built correctly slide 66: files to add or change to get new helloworld block to work slide 67: command to run the new helloworld app If this could be done, it would make it so much easier for new people to try the framework and we might have a new influx of contributers.
