That is a bit of 'over statement'. Phoenix is being discontinued, that is true, but it is an extremely mature and stable product, and won't disappear for a long time. Furthermore, Phoenix was forked into Loom and continue its evolution at http://loom.jcontainer.org > I guess I should explore running James within Merlin? Unless you are very experienced, this is too pre-mature. The James community will decided whether or not to move to Merlin and when that should be done. Stephen has just proved that it is possible, not that it is "the way now"... If you are just interested in running James, and perhaps create some extensions, then stick with the official guidelines at James. If you are also investigating using COP patterns and Avalon for your own applications, then _I_ would recommend Merlin for any standalone applications. > And, finally, totally off the topic Niclas ... which timezone are you in? That is Ok, a lot of people ask that. UTC+0800 and to be more precise Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Cheers Niclas -- +---------//-------------------+ | http://www.bali.ac | | http://niclas.hedhman.org | +------//----------------------+ --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
