this sounds like a similar issue to what I am seeing in the tutorial examples (see the topic Tutorial questions (context e xample) for my post)
will getting the latest code solve this ? in the code I pulled yesterday, none of the examples seem to work. they all produce the same output...
[INFO ] (kernel): building application model [INFO ] (kernel): install phase [INFO ] (kernel): installing: file:/${user.dir}/target/classes/
